Some pages

Someone on a discussion at recently asked about the history of grinding.  I replied that while the movement itself is incredibly new, and as such has no history, it does have some precursors and influences, and I linked him to a page that I'd done on the subject.  Here's the point of this post:  I have created three new pages on this blog as of this post:  About, Citizen Science (the one I linked the commenter to), and Cognitive Training.  I will certainly be adding more such pages in the future, such as a links page for useful sites, or a FAQ page once I get some Q's that've been FA'd.  At any time, you should be able to access all my pages via those little tabs near the top of the page below my blog title and slogan.

Anything which is both a known logical fallacy and a personal insult will be mercilessly mocked all the way to fictional hell, and anything which is one or the other will be relentlessly rebuked. I am an unconditional proponent of free speech, and as such open debate is always welcome. This means that disemvowelling and temporary suspension will only be used when commenters have shown that they are nothing more than flamers. Commenters will only be banned completely when they post information that can actively harm another individual, such as docs. Anonymous comments are disallowed to weed out cowardly flamers who hide behind anonymity. If you play nice, this may change in the future :-)
